About the role
- WR Immigration is a global immigration firm known worldwide for its innovation, technology, high touch legal services, and flawless execution.
- With offices across four time zones, the firm provides corporate global visa services in over 100 countries.
- Legal Assistants and Paralegals report to Team Managers and attorneys and work alongside other members of the legal team to prepare and file cases for a variety of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications.
Responsibilities
- Building on and applying a deep understanding of all steps of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including drafting job descriptions and employment verification letters, submitting forms and requests to the Department of Labor, and working with third-party providers throughout the recruitment process
- Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager
- Assisting legal and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of PERM experience required
- Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic record (STEM majors preferred)
