Responsibilities
- NinjaTrader's growing Design organization is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and creative Staff UX Product Designer.
- Your passion for simplicity and innovation will help deliver best-in-class user experiences, and you will drive both the design and execution needed to stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead and drive design for a vertical, focusing on enhancing both new and existing customer experiences
- Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring customer-centric solutions that resonate with both new and seasoned users
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive innovative design solutions that meet both user and business needs
- Establish and maintain a high standard of design craft across the ecosystem, ensuring excellence in visual design, interaction design, and usability
- Drive product-led growth through design, by delivering impactful and intuitive product experiences that promote user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Design System, refining and evolving it to scale with the platform's growth
- Act as a mentor and leader to other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and design excellence across the team
- Participate in and lead design critiques, product discussions, and pair-designing sessions to collaboratively shape the design direction
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, including significant experience working on cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of modern design tools and processes, including experience with Figma and other design & research tools
Nice to have
- Experience in futures trading, financial markets, or investment platforms is a huge plus

Compensation
- The salary range for this role will be $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD.
- In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 12%.
- Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
- Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader.
- Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year plus seven paid holidays.
- 7 Paid Holidays Annually + 5 Conditional Holidays Annually
- 1 Service Day Annually
