About the role
- Coordinate customer orders with outside vendors
- Issuing and maintaining sales and purchase orders in our ERP system
Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with outside vendors
- Support the customer service team as well as the sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Working knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)
