The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting
  • production issues, resolving L2 support tickets, developing enhancements, fixing defects, and deploying applications to production. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve L2 production support tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve L2 production support tickets.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement application enhancements.
  • Develop bug fixes and ensure timely deployment to production.
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services using Java technologies.
  • Develop responsive front-end components using React.
  • Collaborate with business users, QA teams, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices.
  • Support production releases and post-deployment validation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience working with workflow/business process automation platforms.

Nice to have

  • Analyze and fix application and data-related issues.
  • Ensure application stability, performance, and reliability.
  • Required Skills 8+ years of Full Stack Java development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
