About the role
- Reporting to the senior manager, strategic marketing, this role is dedicated exclusively to internal and enterprise communications - it does not encompass external marketing, public relations, or media relations functions.
- You're equal parts creator and project manager What You'll be Owning - At GRVTY, our enterprise communications practice consists of three connected parts: employee communications, leadership communications and change communications.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage our company intranet, including content strategy, publishing cadence, governance, and ongoing platform improvements.
- Create and manage multimedia internal content including articles, presentations, graphics, videos, and event communications
Nice to have
- Operations and Measurement
- Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, branding, and voice across all employee communications
- Monitor and report on internal communications performance metrics, employee engagement analytics, and content effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a dedicated internal or enterprise communications role - not a generalist marketing or external communications role
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management
- Experience supporting executive communications and change management initiatives
- Demonstrated proficiency with intranet platforms, internal newsletter tools, and employee communications technology
