About the role

  • Title: UKG HRIS Administrator Onsite: Springfield, MO Job Summary New Day Healthcare is seeking an HRIS Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • System Administration and Maintenance: • Maintain, configure, and optimize UKG HRIS functionality to support daily HR operations. • Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance. • Support testing and implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updates.
  • User Support and Training: • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions and system troubleshooting. • Provide timely and professional support to end users, escalating issues as needed. • Develop clear user training materials and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analytics: • Create, generate, and analyze standard and custom HR reports for distribution. • Use data insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Improvement and Projects: • Identify opportunities to streamline internal workflows and improve system efficiency. • Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT to support cross-functional initiatives. • Assist with acquisitions, system integrations, and other projects as assigned.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience administering an HCM system (UKG, ADP, etc.)
  • 1-3 years of experience with Time & Attendance platforms (Kronos, UKG, ADP, etc.)
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and a growth mindset.
  • Experience evaluating processes and recommending logical, data-driven improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • advanced Excel skills required.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR compliance requirements.
