Responsibilities
- Document end-to-end networking solutions to support global deployment of Network services including global backbone WAN, Metro, and Data Center LAN.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, required
- At least three years of recent experience with a common high-level programming or scripting language. (Python, Perl, Shell, Ruby, JS, PHP, etc.)
- Adept with Cisco IOS and its variants, specifically the ability to read, write, and explain command-line level detail.
- Strong understanding of routing fundamentals
- Strong understanding of distance-vector, link-state, and path-vector routing fundamentals
- Strong understanding of switching fundamentals
- Knowledge in architecting and/or managing large-scale networking solutions
- Typically has at least 3 years experience and professional degree.
Nice to have
- Experience in automation and management at scale a huge plus (e.g. Devops)
