About the role
- This position is responsible for reviewing the note endorsement chain of the promissory note and determining curative actions necessary based on the review in accordance with company standards while providing a superior level of customer service to both external and internal customers.
Responsibilities
- Processes promissory notes by reviewing chain of title, executing internal allonges or requesting from outside third parties, and shipping to proper party when requested. Follows up as needed for pending documents.
- Ship original documents to PHH firms or vendors as requested
