About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Business Development specializing in Enterprise SaaS Sales to join our dynamic team at Condor.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential clients Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within strategic accounts and life sciences ecosystem partners Understand clients' business needs and challenges, positioning our solutions effectively to address them.
  • Attend industry conferences and host regional and local events Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive client success.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in Salesforce Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Finance or a related field Proven experience (5+ years) in enterprise sales or a related field, preferably in Lifesciences, biotech, pharma.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solutions and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage with senior-level executives.
