Responsibilities

Requirements
- The ability to utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot technical equipment safely and efficiently.
- A clear focus on safety, including participation in safety programs, training, and the ability to identify and report near-miss incidents.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, with an understanding of the fundamentals of physical chemistry.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, often setting priorities and completing work activities with minimal supervision.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment, including but not limited to respirator.
- Skills - Specific abilities and expertise required to perform tasks effectively in this role (must haves)
- Chemical Manufacturing Knowledge: The ability to utilize chemical manufacturing knowledge and experience to operate and troubleshoot technical equipment safely and efficiently.
- Safety Awareness: A clear focus on safety, including participation in safety programs, training, and the ability to identify and report near-miss incidents.
- Teamwork: The ability to work effectively in a team environment, often setting priorities and completing work activities with minimal supervision.
- Computer Proficiency: The ability to use computers to perform job tasks, including operating automated manufacturing equipment.
Nice to have
- An expanded list of qualifications that are "nice to have", but not essential
- An Associate degree of Applied Science in Process Technology degree or science related field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
- Industrial work experience in chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Experience operating Forklift, or other powered equipment.
- Physical dexterity and strength.
- Lift, push, and pull.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Skills
- Strong skills in identifying and resolving issues with technical equipment and processes.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, with an understanding of the fundamentals of physical chemistry.
