About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
- Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across environments
- Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals involved in client care
- Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates in accordance with company and funding source requirements
- Licensed Support ABA, (LBAPS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.
- Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer BCBA looking to continue growing professionally, we provide the support and resources needed to help you thrive.
- We are looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with families, mentoring team members, and developing individualized treatment plans that help clients reach their goals.
Requirements
- Ability to analyze data and make informed clinical decisions
Nice to have
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Compensation
- $85.00-$100.00 per hour
