About the role

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Supervise, support, and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill development across environments
  • Collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals involved in client care
  • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment updates in accordance with company and funding source requirements
  • Licensed Support ABA, (LBAPS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team.
  • Whether you're an experienced clinician or a newer BCBA looking to continue growing professionally, we provide the support and resources needed to help you thrive.
  • We are looking for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with families, mentoring team members, and developing individualized treatment plans that help clients reach their goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed clinical decisions

Nice to have

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

  • $85.00-$100.00 per hour
