Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business objectives, customer needs, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to define product architecture, user experiences, workflows, and innovative capabilities across Cardiac Safety solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional release planning, launch readiness activities, and continuous improvement efforts while serving as a subject matter expert across the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to design user and data workflows.
  • Whether you're advancing clinical science, building innovative technology, or supporting our global teams, your work helps bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, medicine, or a related field; MBA preferred.
