About the role

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where logistics, operations, and administrative responsibilities intersect.
Coordinate and execute outbound shipments (domestic and international), including packing, labeling, and documentation
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers

Responsibilities

Manage inbound shipments and verify received goods against purchase orders
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
Optimize shipping methods, costs, and lead times
Organize and maintain warehouse/storage areas for efficiency and traceability
Support kitting, order preparation, and product handling processes

Requirements

2+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, operations, or similar role
Familiarity with shipping processes, inventory management, and basic procurement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
Basic knowledge of international shipping and export compliance

Nice to have

Experience in manufacturing and hardware
Experience with warehouse organization and process optimization
Passion for space, satellites, and technology that pushes boundaries.
