About the role
- Summary Driving and operating of a specific service vehicle (tow trucks, battery service vehicles/light service vehicles), and operating towing equipment for AAA members and for commercial purposes.
- Performing simple diagnostics/troubleshooting on vehicles.
- Providing an outstanding customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solving
- Ability to drive a manual/automatic
Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in a customer contact role
- Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls.
- Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
Compensation
- Great Pay - opportunity to participate in AAA discretionary annual incentive plan or other incentive plans depending upon position
- Depending on position, an additional 24 hours per year are earmarked for volunteer activities.
