Responsibilities
- Own long-term financial modeling
- Partner with our outsourced accounting provider (FR) on monthly close and integration items as needed
- Lead special financial investigations and ad hoc analysis across the portfolio when something needs to be understood quickly
- Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
Nice to have
- AI experience is a strong plus

- Role Summary
- We're looking for an FP&A Manager to own the analytical backbone of a rapidly growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform.
- You'll own budgeting, monthly business reviews, and long-term/cash flow modeling, and perform financial analysis - partnering directly with leadership to help steer the business, while our outsourced accounting partner continues to own monthly close and day-to-day bookkeeping.
- Cash flow modeling and forecasting
- Prepare investor and lender reporting
- Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes
- Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting
