- Working closely with the Director, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager plays a key role in advancing the communications, fundraising, and engagement objectives.

Responsibilities
- This role is designed for a dynamic, high-grit communications strategist and elite storyteller who will serve as the "beating heart" of our fundraising narrative team.
- The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, manages multiple priorities, and confidently moves projects from concept to completion.
Nice to have
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, public relations, fundraising communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and content development skills.
- Strong research, interviewing, and information-gathering skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex information into compelling donor-centred narratives.
- Experience supporting fundraising, donor engagement, stewardship, or philanthropy initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital communications tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to improve performance.
Skills
- Craft compelling, cohesive stories focusing entirely on narrative flow, messaging structure, and audience impact.
- Actively draft media releases and pitch compelling stories to major media outlets to elevate the foundation's public profile.

- Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
