About the role
- Position Description The TN-4 Family Recruitment Specialist is a full-time exempt position on Tennessee's regional team.
- This position requires flexibility of schedule, including willingness to occasionally work weekend and evening hours as events demand.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally climb ladders.

- High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful
