About the role
- Inspect and service pumps, lines, wires, and sensors related to waste management and water flow.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on water, pump, and electrical systems, ensuring all units operate safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and design teams to share field insights and suggest improvements.
Requirements

- What You'll BringRequired Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, mechanical maintenance, or electrical work Proficiency using plumbing tools and materials safely and effectively.
- Experience with basic electrical testing (continuity, voltage) and safe handling of low-voltage systems.
Nice to have
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Certification or license in plumbing, electrical, or related field.
- Experience with portable sanitation or RV waste systems.
- Familiarity with smart technology or IoT-enabled equipment.
- California OSHA-compliant forklift certification.

- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in problem-solving, and has hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical work, or construction basics.
- Must be comfortable working with human waste systems.
