Responsibilities
- Lead the Jobsite: Oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and proactively ensure project needs are met.
- Manage Project Cost & Scope: Verify subcontractor work, track changes, and communicate scope adjustments to the project manager.
- Oversee MEP Systems: Partner with subcontractors to ensure proper installation, scheduling, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
