About the role

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
One (1) years' experience in a similar role.
This role also includes general property and display maintenance and upkeep as outlined below. routine maintenance of Clear Channel structures and sites.

Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for self and others.
Maintain and keep track of warehouse inventory.
Maintain offsite owned and structures including but not limited to vegetation and pest control.

The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Able to lift, push or pull up to fifty pounds without assistance.
some require climbing structures up to one hundred feet or higher.
Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
Valid driver's license, CDL Class preferred.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
Experience with minor electrical, plumbing and building repair a plus.

Is proficient in listening and oral communication skills
can read & speak English.
Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
Has high work standards and attention to detail.
Able to competently complete appropriate documentation and reports.
Able to operate hand and minor electrical tools in a safe and effective manner.
Able to competently complete required math calculations (e.g, add, subtract, multiply, divide).
