About the role ReadyOn is looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join the Design team at Senior or Staff level.
In this highly collaborative role, you'll empower our design and engineering teams to create consistently high-quality experiences across all products and platforms.
You'll partner closely with our Head of Design to uphold and evolve our design system, front-end libraries, infrastructure, and documentation, as well as build internal tools that improve processes and collaboration.
As a result you will create a robust, polished, and accessible UI that utilizes emerging technologies to improve our customers' lives.

$160,000-$230,000 (San Francisco-based candidates).
Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, and geographic location.
In addition to salary, this role may include comprehensive benefits, bonuses, commissions, and a meaningful equity stake in ReadyOn.
