Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and present (where applicable) materials for internal and external quarterly portfolio reviews and updates
- Assist Product Specialists with developing responses to
- Leverage data, create templates, and maintain standardized / recurring analysis to support strategy team metrics
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve business activities and help address Primary team needs through the use of technology
Requirements
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with report, dashboard and other analytical tool design, creation, and maintenance
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) / Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
- And other responsibilities as required
- An understanding of private markets
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to detail

- A top performer who is hardworking with an outstanding attention to detail
- A team-player that is able to efficiently prioritize multiple projects and meet target dates with little direct supervision
- Able to communicate professionally and confidentially with colleagues of all levels and across multiple teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with PowerBI a plus
- 3-5 Years relevant experience preferred

Compensation
- $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
- This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements.
- This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance.
- In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs.
- Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Primary-related marketing, global investment forum, annual meeting, and advisory board materials
