Responsibilities
- Creates and updates process/procedure documentation as needed
- Drafts communications and advanced reports and maintains organization of varied records to provide administrative support within a specified work unit
- Creates general reporting for transactions
- Audits or reconciles original purchase documents with payments
Requirements
- Knowledge of secure cash handling practices & acceptable fiscal procedures
- Experience interpreting and analyzing rules and regulations
Nice to have
- Experience with accounts receivable billing
- Experience with PeopleSoft Student Financials or other student information systems
Compensation
