Responsibilities

  • Creates and updates process/procedure documentation as needed
  • Drafts communications and advanced reports and maintains organization of varied records to provide administrative support within a specified work unit
  • Creates general reporting for transactions
  • Audits or reconciles original purchase documents with payments

Requirements

  • Knowledge of secure cash handling practices & acceptable fiscal procedures
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing rules and regulations

Nice to have

  • Experience with accounts receivable billing
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Student Financials or other student information systems

Compensation
