About the role
- Kelly Services is currently hiring over 15 forklift operators to start immediately for a large 3PL facility in the city of ONTARIO.
- We have 2 nd shift available to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Performs picking duties in an efficient manner meeting customer service standards
- Maintains appropriate records and reports to guarantee inventory control and security
Requirements
- Must be able to complete inspection form prior operating equipment
- Must be able to use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
Nice to have
- Must have Excel knowledge plus general computer knowledge
- TWO YEARS RECENT EXPERIENCE ON THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT: Sit Down (Double Forks) Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 4pm-12:30am Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-12:30am Pay Rate: $19.50 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stacks and stores merchandise in designated areas using a sit-down double forklift
- Pulls and prepares products for shipment
- Ensures that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
- Moves product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers
- Operates all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods
- Assists in physical inventories
