About the role
- MRI Software is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to primarily focus on structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial and strategic partnerships involving a diverse range of technology products and services.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product, Privacy, Security, Partners hip, and Procurement, to solve problems, build partnerships, and achieve business goals
- Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and supporting documentation to increase team efficiency and scalability
- Support dispute resolution
- Build deep, collaborative relationships with key business and legal stakeholders across the U.S. and internationally, fostering open lines of communication and feedback
- Experience developing and implementing contract playbooks, templates, and negotiation guidelines at scale
- Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk against commercial objectives and deliver practical, actionable advice
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- you'll independently lead strategic transactions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and help shape how the team handles enterprise agreements.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
