As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, you are responsible for motivating, inspiring, educating and setting an example to all the Barbers in your team.
The Barber Mentor will always positively represent the brand and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.

As a Tommy Gun's Barber Mentor, it is important that a positive and approachable demeanour is shown at all times, along with a versatile skill set and ability to achieve shop goals and targets.
You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun's experience.
