  • The Executive Assistant will serve as the staff liaison to the Board of Directors by coordinating meeting logistics, preparing materials, maintaining board records, and supporting board member engagement.

Responsibilities

  • The Executive Assistant will provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director, including assistance with scheduling, meetings, correspondence, and special projects.
  • Prior administrative, executive support, office management, or nonprofit experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or an equivalent combination of training and relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new technology systems are also required.
  • Compassion and sensitivity toward survivors is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Qualifications Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or an equivalent combination of training and relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with survivors of domestic violence is preferred.
  • Spanish language proficiency is strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
