About the role

  • Root is looking for a Senior Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platforms that power our pricing advantage.
  • This is a highly cross-functional PM role focused on enabling faster, higher-quality pricing decisions and model deployment across the company.
  • Pricing is one of Root's core strategic advantages, and this role will shape the systems that determine how quickly we turn data and models into market-leading pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • You'll own critical pricing capabilities, including our internal tool Rating Plan Manager (RPM), and lead the evolution of the infrastructure, tooling, and decisioning systems at the center of Root's pricing ecosystem.

Compensation

  • $125,500 - $156,100 (Eligible for competitive bonus and equity offering.) Root is a "work where it works best" company.
  • Meaning we will support you working in whatever location that works best for you across the US.
  • We will continue to have our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
  • This helps us create a more personal and engaging experience for both you and our interviewers.
