About the role
- We've enjoyed considerable growth and are now looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Strategic Finance Associate.
- Elation Health is looking for a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance who will report to our Senior Director of Strategic Finance and be a foundational member of the Strategic Finance team.
- They will be instrumental in managing and improving our company's forecasting, planning and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain and scale our company operating model
- Partner with accounting to develop processes to deliver accurate and timely outputs for management reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders to develop financial models and provide strategic insights to help them achieve their goals
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or other relevant field
- Proficiency with accounting and corporate finance, particularly with regards to financial modeling
- Experience with ERP and corporate financial planning tools
- Experience with financial use cases for AI tools (Claude/OpenAI)

- $150,000 - $170,000
- Drive annual planning, quarterly and monthly financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of performance to highlight trends, opportunities, and causes of unexpected variances
