Responsibilities
- Support key aspects of our Retail P&L - tracking performance, identifying trends, and surfacing opportunities to senior leadership
- Build deep relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and act as a primary advocate for the growth and success of key retail accounts
- Lead analyses that surface actionable insights to guide partner and internal decisions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement them
- Drive projects from scoping through execution by aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring measurable outcomes
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to identify ways to drive continuous growth while improving the customer experience
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience, such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing tech/marketplace environment
- deep knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and, ideally, SQL, with significant experience framing up analyses independently
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and action plans
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
- Willingness to travel on a quarterly cadence (when appropriate/required)
Compensation
- The salary band for this position ranges from $95,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience and performance.
- Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
