  • WORK TYPE: Full-Time Remote LOCATION: This position is open to candidates residing in any U.S. state except Washington, California, and the city of Denver.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class customer service by managing inbound order inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
  • Provide timely and accurate order status updates to Sales and Support.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Our 3,000 BSN SPORTS employees strive to support the Heart of the Game by putting valuable time back into the day of coaches and administrators through excellent service platforms.
  • As a Production Support Representative on the Internal Decoration Support Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring orders move smoothly from production to delivery.
  • You'll serve as a key liaison between the internal decoration teams, Sales and Sales Support.

Compensation

  • The pay range for this job is $16.50-18.50 per hour.
  • The base pay will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
