About the role

The Manager, Staffing and Development oversees all aspects of project staffing and related professional development in their respective office.

Responsibilities

Recommend and implement changes to help improve staffing process in local office.
Manage communication of staffing decisions throughout the office.

Requirements

Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to cultivate strong business relationships and work within a team.
Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks/responsibilities simultaneously.
Demonstrated sense of urgency and attention to detail and a proven ability to analyze and anticipate potential conflicts and resolve quickly.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office required.
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm's financial and operational functions.

Nice to have

8+ years of relevant experience that demonstrates increasing capability and responsibility
professional services, legal, or staffing experience experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.

Skills

Ensure ongoing dialogue with case managers and advisors to align staffing decisions with skill and professional development goals.
Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
