About the role

This role will directly impact Peloton's revenue growth and Member acquisition across the Connected Fitness portfolio (hardware products) and subscription services.
This is a hands-on role for a highly operational and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
You'll be responsible for executing day-to-day processes with great attention to detail, maintaining documentation, coordinating cross-functional updates, and ensuring that the go-to-market of new promotions and programs are executed flawlessly.

Coordinator, Promotions & Programs Operations, who will support the planning and execution of our discount and growth program plans across the Peloton global business.
Help keep the Promotions and Growth Programs calendar meticulously organized. Maintain and update critical promotional documentation, including programs Source of Truth, Run of Show tracking, testing details, and summary documents
Manage day-to-day backend operational tasks, including submitting and tracking necessary tickets, developing internal support messaging, and routing documentation for approvals

Experience in the subscription, e-commerce, or consumer tech industries is a plus

$84,250 - $99,650 USD
