About the role

  • Continuously benchmark against industry-leading marketplaces to evolve Jobber's program
  • Responsible for operational process for external third-party marketplace listings
  • Align with Sales and Success teams to enable marketplace-driven customer acquisition and retention motions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape marketplace platform capabilities, APIs, and developer experience
  • Work closely with Partner Managers to create programs that support partner growth and success
  • Marketplace Strategy & Program Design
  • Own the end-to-end ISV Marketplace program strategy and operating model
  • Design and implement scalable onboarding, certification, and listing quality frameworks
  • Establish program policies, governance standards, and partner guidelines that maintain marketplace integrity
  • Develop the marketplace partner lifecycle from recruitment through scale with a programmatic approach
  • Optimize marketplace operational processes including the process for listing reviews, partner communications, and program compliance
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that surface actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience designing, launching, or scaling ISV marketplace or app ecosystem programs
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Travel to partner sites and industry conferences will be required.

Compensation

  • At Jobber, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and reflective of your experience and growth.
  • This role has a minimum Total Target Commission (TTC) of $166,200, a midpoint of $195,500, and a maximum salary of $224,800, designed to show the progression from learning the ropes to truly excelling.
  • This TTC consists of your base salary, as well as an incentive at 20% of your base salary for achieving individual/team goals which is paid out quarterly.
  • We design our compensation to reflect each new hire's skills, experience against the complexity of the role, ensuring a fair and competitive salary.
  • Our range is intentionally broad to support growth and long-term impact, with fully established hires typically starting around the midpoint.
  • The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise and lasting contributions, while offers below the midpoint reflect strong potential with room to develop.
