Responsibilities
- Manage electronic mailing lists, group phone queue and outgoing mailings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Building Customer Loyalty
- Building Strategic Work Relationships
- Work as an integral part of the case management team to serve as a resource to members and community providers/partners.
- Assist with program development, team processes, as well as build effective member, provider and community partner relationships.
Requirements
- Ability to read and comprehend both written and spoken English.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently as well as to work effectively on a team.

- Work Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of experience in community service or healthcare agencies providing coordination of services.
- Education, Certificates, Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent required.
