About the role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing complex insurance policies, handling coverage-related disputes, and drafting substantive motions in state and federal court.
Our dynamic Insurance Services Practice Group is known for its comprehensive approach to complex insurance claims analysis and high-stakes coverage litigation.
The group represents insurance company clients in matters involving defective products, mass torts, environmental contamination, habitability, transportation, professional liability, and intellectual property.

Provide strategic legal advice to insurance company clients and collaborate with claims professionals and adjusters.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with partners, associates, paralegals, and law clerks.

At least 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense litigation in either state or federal court.

Handle all phases of insurance coverage analysis and related civil litigation in state and federal court.
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and other coverage-related communications.
