We're hiring a VP of Operations to help lead the next chapter here at PEC (Pacific Energy Concepts).

This role owns the operational infrastructure of the business including project delivery, operational systems, process excellence, operational technology, and financial performance.
The VP serves as the operational architect, building scalable systems, solving complex business challenges, and developing leaders that enable PEC's long-term growth toward and beyond $100M in revenue.
Lead project delivery operations across lighting, EVSE, energy monitoring, and future energy solutions.
Operational Ownership & Business Excellence Own the design, optimization, and scalability of PEC's operational ecosystem, including systems, workflows, governance, and core operating processes.
Develop repeatable, scalable business processes that improve efficiency, accountability, customer experience, and profitability.

This range represents the full available range for the position, final offer will be dependent on numerous factors including skill level, prior experience, education, and certifications.
