About the role
- The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple commercial technology infrastructure projects, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of structured cabling, electronic access control, and low-voltage systems.
- Review blueprints, construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor project progress, installation quality, safety, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial structured cabling, electronic access control, low-voltage, and data center projects from planning through project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor forecasts, procurement plans, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, customer requirements, applicable building codes, and safety regulations.
- Support successful project turnover, closeout documentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status, milestones, and risks with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and business partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial structured cabling, electronic access control, low-voltage, or data center environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Occasional travel is required to support customer and project sites.
- Minimum Qualifications Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial structured cabling, electronic access control, low-voltage, or data center environments.
Nice to have
- Experience managing commercial data center construction or infrastructure projects.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
- BICSI Certification.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience using project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing commercial construction or technology integration projects.
- Schedule Full-Time In-Person Day Shift
Compensation
- $75,000 - $90,000 per year (Based on
