  • Oversee and manage all contractual agreements between the project owner, stakeholders, and various contractors involved in the project.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contracts including key terms, expiration dates and renewal options.
  • Process and manage change orders, variations, and amendments to existing contracts as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all contractual documents, correspondence, and communications related to the project.
  • Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and tools to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in contract administration.
  • Support the Contracts Manager with any other daily commercial/contractual activities as needed.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate in diverse, cross-functional teams within a fast paced and deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in a commercial or administrative role within the construction industry, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with project management or contract management software is an asset.

Compensation

  • This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $90,000–$120,000 CAD, with compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
