About the role

As a Guest Services Coordinator at Allina Health, you will enhance the hospital experience for patients, their families, and visitors.
Your role will provide clear and accurate information, addressing concerns with empathy, and ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported.
With professionalism and compassion, you will contribute to a positive and comforting environment that provides outstanding patient care.

Guest Service team members own all guest problems by either resolving the problem or finding another employee who can do so.
Initiates action with other departments as needed in order to maintain a clean and safe environment.
This includes well-being dollars, dedicated well-being navigators, and many programs, activities, articles, videos, personal coaching and tools to support you on your journey.

$18.49 to $25.19 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range.
Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
