- Recent hands-on venipuncture experience.
- Active and unrestricted license or certification applicable to their profession.
- Active BLS certification.
- Strong patient-service and communication skills.
- A personal laptop or tablet for electronic documentation.
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne, IN 46809.
- Phlebotomy certification and previous experience with electronic medical records are preferred but not required.
