About the role
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented college student to join our team as an Executive Assistant Intern.
- The Outreach & Intergovernmental Affairs Unit informs and educates the public about:
- The structure and authority of the CCRB, Civilians' rights and responsibilities during police encounters such as question-stop-and-frisk, De-escalation, How to file a complaint, The investigation and mediation process
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Public Engagement and Partnerships
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Support special projects as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and mission of the department/organization

- Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school with a specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or other area relevant to the information technology project(s) assigned, including or supplemented by 9 semester credits in an acceptable course of study.
- Appointments to this Assignment Level will be made by the Technology Steering Committee through the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.
- Maximum tenure for all Assignment Levels in the title of College Aide is 6 years.
