About the role
- This role will provide leadership and direction to the team and work with internal and external parties in resolving quality issues as they relate to refurbished phones.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Responsibilities
- The QA supervisor will work closely with internal support teams as well as HQ/Factory in this regard as well.
- Expected to maintain direct customer communications for quality related concerns and/or alignment activity.
Requirements
- 1) Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent quality certifications (e.g. 6 Sigma, ISO, etc.)
- 2) Minimum of 4 years of job related experience
- Prefers a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 5-7 years of job related experience
Skills
- Thorough understanding of the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 stds
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with using statistical process control and failure mode effect analysis FMEA applications
- Position Summary:
- The QA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality roles of the overall Mobile Refurbishment process.

- In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
- Provides formal weekly/monthly reports on the repair quality performance of the third-party vendor
