Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment, Master's Degree with 6 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Experience as a Functional Leader across teams
- Experience with effective communication with all levels of Manufacturing, Program, Engineering, Functional Support Management, and Professionals
- Experience with developing and managing budgets with responsibility for cost performance
- U.S. Citizenship required
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a union represented environment
- Experience with robotics, RF, ISO9001/AS9100
- LEAN manufacturing and process improvement experience
- Active Secret level security clearance
- Experience with the following metrics: Performance Index, Utilization, Test Yields and Rework Hours
- Technical STEM degree
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- $152,300.00 - $228,500.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
- Managing annual budgetary responsibilities of $1M - $1.5M
