Responsibilities
- Partner with logistics and production teams to identify, resolve, and help prevent material shortages
- Support training and onboarding of new team members, as needed
- Identify, document, and report quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions
- Executes material receiving, storage, staging, and distribution activities to support manufacturing operations and product assembly, with a strong focus on accuracy, inventory integrity, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic mathematics
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
- Perform material movement between designated areas using handcarts, pallet jacks, powered industrial trucks, and forklifts, as required
- Perform other assigned duties and special projects as required
- Complete all required Quality and Compliance training within established timeframes
Nice to have
- Two or more years of experience in warehousing or material handling
- Working knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems
- Experience using automated or powered lifting equipment
