Responsibilities
- Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
- Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
- Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
- Team & Organizational Success Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
- Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
- Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs preferred.
