Responsibilities
- Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery.
- Create and manage all work orders for preparation and delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with PDI Menu billing guidelines.
- Create and submit all "Owed to Customer" work orders using the approved process and turn them over to External Advisors for completion.
- Create work orders for all trade-ins (inspection and reconditioning) and perform quality control upon completion.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including keys, owner's manuals, warranties, and paperwork.
- Perform additional administrative duties and other essential tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to follow department procedures and policies
Nice to have
- Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficient computer and multitasking skills
