Manage FurtherAI's social media presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other platforms
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead on campaign launches, product updates, events, and thought leadership
Support the creation of content for paid social campaigns
Want to manage agencies rather than create content hands-on
Own and operate all social channels with extensive autonomy

3-5+ years of full-time (non-internship) experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Previous experience in a startup environment, ideally early-stage
Strong storytelling skills and ability to distill complex ideas into clear content

Comfortable moving quickly, handling ambiguity, taking feedback, and iterating fast
crisp, concise, and human - not AI-generated style
Based in San Francisco and available for in-person work
