Responsibilities

- Partner with the local landlord to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with lease agreements and Smith+Nephew standards
- Coordinate and manage internal "soft services" (e.g., reception/front-of-house, hospitality, office services) not covered under lease agreements
- Support implementation and adherence to company SOPs and facilities guidelines
- Manage vendor relationships and service providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and service delivery expectations are met
- Support emergency preparedness and response protocols at the site
- Maintain accurate records related to facilities operations, services, and compliance activities
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support a diverse employee population
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
