About the role

  • Interact with Owners/Clients, Architects/Engineers and Subcontractors and project stakeholders in a professional and tactful manner on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain minutes of relevant project related meetings
  • Assist in tracking open RFIs, Non-Conformance Logs and submittals to ensure that the design team is providing the timely information needed to advance the work in the field.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the construction or a related services industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required (Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or like industry).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Multi-tasking and the ability to problem solve and master new concepts in a short period of time.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft suite of software (Word, Excel, Project, Teams, OneDrive, etc)

Compensation

  • The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $72,000 - $102,000.
  • Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
